Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Mehndi Masters (operated by Geethanjali S, Proprietor), we are committed to providing high-quality digital services, Mehndi design content, artist bookings, and related offerings. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making any payment on our platform.

1. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our digital services, competitions, and instant-access content, we follow a strict "No Refund and No Cancellation" policy once the registration or transaction is completed.

All payments made on mehndimasters.com are final and non-refundable, except in cases explicitly mentioned in this policy.

2. No Cancellation Policy

Once a booking, registration, subscription, or transaction is successfully completed and confirmed on our platform, it cannot be cancelled by the user under any circumstances.

• Competition entries / registrations cannot be cancelled after submission.
• Artist bookings confirmed through the platform cannot be cancelled once accepted.
• Digital design purchases / downloads are non-cancellable once delivered.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional cases, at our sole discretion:

• Duplicate Payment: If the user has been charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical error, the duplicate amount will be refunded after verification.
• Failed Transaction: If the amount was debited from the user's account but the service was not delivered due to a technical failure at our end, a full refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

For any such case, the user must contact us within 48 hours of the transaction with valid proof (transaction ID, screenshot, etc.).

4. How to Request a Refund (Only for Eligible Cases)

If you believe you qualify under the exception clause above, please email us at mehndimasters@gmail.com with the following details:

• Full Name
• Registered Email / Phone Number
• Transaction ID / Order ID
• Date & Amount of Payment
• Reason for the refund request with supporting proof

Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds (in eligible cases only) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days from the date of approval. The actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.

6. Chargebacks

Users are requested not to raise unnecessary chargebacks with their bank or card issuer. Any fraudulent or unjustified chargeback will result in permanent suspension of the user's account and may lead to legal action.
